Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining lawful consent to share family health details, and making final care decisions. Keystone Eldercare Solutions supports decision-making but does not assume legal authority over client care choices.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable Canadian and British Columbia privacy requirements. See the Privacy Policy for full details on collection, use, and disclosure.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided in good faith using professional judgment based on available information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid for services in the applicable engagement period.
